When The Cameras Are Rolling

As a Senior Content and Engagement Manager, I leverage my intense attention to detail and empathic personality to deeply understand audience behavior and develop recommendations for major brands on how to best interact with them. This pairs well with my endless creativity, which I use to pitch and develop unique ideas that fulfill campaign needs while appealing to the intended audience. When things go wrong, my strong communication skills guide me through drafting reports quickly and with a comprehensive strategy on how to proceed.

As an Audience Development Manager for Paramount+, I managed all seven social media accounts, acting as a traffic control tower to ensure everything went out on time and correctly. I utilized social trends and Paramount+ IP to create multicultural and growth cross-collaboration campaigns for Women’s History Month, Pride Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, and more.

Previously, I built creative marketing campaigns for Kids and Family and YA campaigns, including Good Burger 2 and Baby Shark's Big Movie. This gives me a wide berth of knowledge across all television and film genres and their place within social conversation.

Additionally, I was part of the team that made Super Bowl LVIII the most-watched program ever and I continued on to lead the 2024/25 NFLonCBS campaign for Paramount+, developing unique and engaging ways to combine the NFL, Paramount+ IP, and social trends together for all types of fans to enjoy.

Behind the Scenes

I have been a martial artist for almost 21 years, earning several black belts in Kempo Karate and Muay Thai Kickboxing! I am currently taking on a new beast as a budding blue belt in Brazilian Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. I am also skilled in Kali (think Deadpool or Leonardo from TMNT, only not as cool).

To unwind at the end of a long day, I pull out my PlayStation controller to take on mythical beasts in Baldur's Gate III or channel my inner outlaw in Red Dead Redemption II.

When the music plays, I'm a Latin dancer, and my feet somehow know how to Salsa, Bachata, Cha-Cha, and Merengue. I performed with my college Salsa Club, but do not ask me to remember any of my routines. Those left my brain the minute I took my final bow, but I still freestyle at weddings!

When Sunday arrives, I'm baking gluten- and dairy-free treats with metal music blaring in the background before settling in with said dessert to watch SMOSH or a Disney movie.
