I am Danielle Sanchez, a twenty-something-year-old born and raised in New York. No, not the city. No, not upstate. There's something in the middle, ya know!
I am an award-winning Swiss Army knife of tried and true social media, writing, and marketing skills with an endless berth of industry knowledge. And I am READY to help you launch, sustain, and/or revamp your social media accounts!
Currently an Audience Development Manager with Paramount+.
One Mountain. Una Familia.
This was the little campaign that could! After surviving intense layoffs and restructures, I was tasked with reworking this campaign not once, but TWICE! Each time, I went back to the drawing board and pulled on the dwindling resources I had to create something meaningful that not only celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month specifically, but laddered up into our other high-priority Movie, Halloween, and Letterboxd campaigns.
This campaign contained both education and entertainment, by showcasing which titles on Paramount+ could be streamed in Spanish, and providing tools on how to access that feature. By putting emphasis our vast library, we were also able to amplify Latine talent, films, and experiences without a large budget, realistic bandwidth, and extremely limited overall resources.
Results (over one month): 3.6K views and 461.1K engagements
NFL on CBS (2024-2025)
Building off the success of the previous NFL on CBS season, including Super Bowl LVIII, I provided analytical feedback to shape our new paid marketing campaign with Tua Tagovialoa, JJ Watt, and Leenda Dong.
For Paramount+ social specifically, I generated a more refined organic marketing campaign to grow a consistent NFL audience on Threads while revitalizing our audience on X and Instagram Stories. Collaborating with our CBS Sports and NFL on CBS partners, external creative agencies, and NFL social teams, I have maintained a consistent, week-long publishing schedule, concluding with live-tweeting for five-seven games every Sunday.
Results (After 6 Weeks): Triple-digit, consistent increases across engagement and impressions, top organic posts for September
LET'S MAKE YOUR BAD DAY BETTER!
My first freelance position as a Social Media Manager! Working with the creator, writer, and director of You Had A Bad Day, we build a comprehensive, consistent rollout, bringing their social media accounts back to life! From creating the ideas, to utilizing best practices to schedule them, to collaborating with various talent, we have raised money for the project and increased output and performance across the board.
This experience has allowed me to take control of the process and utilize skills from my time at Paramount+ to help smaller companies and individuals grow their platforms. It demonstrates my grasp of social media, the entertainment industry, and how to build campaigns on both large and small scales.
Results (after one month): 25% increase in post volume, 190% increase in donations to GoFundMe, 87.7% increase in impressions, 32.8% increase in accounts reached, 49.5% increase in accounts engaged.
Queer is Here to Stay!
With the same three-person dream team, we took on Pride Month! Similar to Women's History Month, I brainstormed, provided feedback, wrote copy, scheduled, and published diverse content across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube, with more pieces planned as part of our 365 Pride Month strategy, including content for Non-Binary Awareness Week.
Results (after 30 days, not including YouTube): 225,1K engagements, 34.4M views, and 47.6M impressions
WOMEN WHO MOVE MOUNTAINS
After transitioning to the Paramount+ Digital Social Team, I joined a new three-person dream team to help carry home the Women's History Month campaign. I brainstormed, provided feedback, wrote copy, scheduled, and published 20 pieces of diverse content across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube, with 10 more pieces planned as part of our 365 WHM strategy and lead up to Pride Month.
Results (after 30 days, not including Threads or YouTube): 517.3K engagements, 4.3M views, and 4.6M impressions
SUPER BOWL LVIII
My first step into the live coverage world after eight months of planning, hours upon hours of creative brainstorming, reviewing footage, writing and editing copy, and trying to put together a comprehensive plan for an unpredictable event.
On the day of the event, I was responsible for scheduling and publishing on six social media platforms, and troubleshooting SCR errors on FaceBook, all while fielding hundreds of Slack messages to squeeze in even more posts. All for one incredible, yet so stressful 24 hours.
Below are just a few of my favorite pieces that I had a hand in creating and/or publishing for the big day.
Results: #1 Most Social Telecast with 62.8M interactions, over 1B views, and 186M minutes viewed
NFL on CBS (2023-2024)
My first step into a new role managing, scheduling, and publishing on Paramount+ Instagram, Facebook, and Threads. During the lead up to the Bills vs. Chiefs game, we leaned into the Peppa Pig and Josh Allen craze, putting together a robust and hilarious audience engagement plan. I was responsible for making sure everything went out on time, whether I was drafting copy, QCing final assets, troubleshooting technical issues, scheduling in Sprout, and/or pressing 'post' or 'accept collab' manually from my phone.
This Mountain of Entertainment (MOE) campaign also provided me with the opportunity to publish the Paramount+ Super Bowl commercial across all platforms, engaging in complex talent and brand collaboration and tagging efforts. I was also part of the team responsible for gathering audience sentiment, which informed our overall Super Bowl strategy.
Results (after one month): 28.6M views, 15.2M impressions, 434.3K engagements

BABY SHARK DOO DOO DOO DOO
My first YouTube co-leading experience with a preschool title! I expanded my ability to lean into the adult viewing experience without losing the essence of what makes Baby Shark a child favorite. I dove deep into my sea of knowledge gained through my college thesis to best compose pieces that meet both legal requirements and creative goals.
Results (after 30 days): 254K organic views, 2.6M impressions
iCARLY GOES GLOBAL!
My first experience assisting creatively and strategically on a high-priority YouTube campaign. My role was to channel my inner Carly and Freddie by completing quality control, finalizing metadata (aka. creating thumbnails, writing descriptions, etc.), and developing a strategic publishing schedule.
Results (after 30 days): 12.7M organic video views, 62M impressions, and 10.8K new subscribers.

Got some time? Utilizing performance analytics, along with helping to implement a complilation publishing strategy, I also created low-lift, high-reward YouTube videos highlighting key moments from popular series.
YOUTUBE SHORTS
My bite-size bread and butter! Along with implementing a robust Shorts publishing strategy, I have ideated, researched, scripted, and published original Shorts to diversify the feed.
